Dan Vanderhei, Executive Creative Director + Strategy at DVDH
Dan is an award-winning Creative Director with 15 years of experience leading teams and shaping stories people care about for brands like Xbox, Acura, Adidas, Microsoft, T-Mobile, EA Sports, and Dolby. His human-centered approach grounds every solution in the customer's perspective, creating community-focused work that turns followers into fans. As a coach and mentor, Dan builds cultures where teams don't just make ads—they push brands toward cultural relevance. He is also an NFL owner, holding one whole share in the Green Bay Packers.
Chike Ume, Head of Strategy at Milli
Chike Ume is a veteran strategist, having worked across multiple disciplines ranging from comms, creative and everything in-between. In his 10+ years in the industry he’s worked with global agencies and brands like Xbox, Google, Netflix and more. Currently, he's head of strategy and partner at Milli, a creative agency focused on leaving the world a little bit better than before. He's also a former spoken word artist with a ruthless commitment to dad jokes.
Timothy Booth, Copywriter at PRR
Timmy Booth is a Seattle-based copywriter who has worked for places like COLOR, PRR, TenGun, and Indigo Slate. He’s also a standup comedian. At the Edinburgh Fringe festival he produced a solo show the Wee Review called “a ramshackle hour of messy goodness that won’t soon be forget ten.”
Katie Quinn, Assistant Professor at Seattle University
Katie Quinn is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at Seattle University. She studies consumer psychology and branding, and is an avid football fan (Go Seahawks!). Katie spends her free time playing with her kids, baking, and reading and reviewing books as The Sports Librarian.
Kian Demagajes, Marketing Student at Seattle University
Kian is a third-year marketing student at Seattle University and current Executive Vice President of Seattle University's American Marketing Association. He is also a current marketing intern at SAP's STAR Program, which is a multi year internship allowing students to rotate through different marketing roles.

Valentina Gomez Bravo is an award-winning Executive Creative Director, brand strategist, and multi-passionate leader transforming brands and empowering people through creativity, empathy, and Innovation. She is also an author, entrepreneur, speaker, and educator. She has over 22 years of experience in the advertising industry, working with international and local brands to create, transform, and build strong, purposeful, and conscious brands across multiple industries. Valentina has been awarded 8 American Advertising Awards for her brand strategy and creative work. She received the inaugural District 10 - Mosaic Champion Award for her commitment to diversity and inclusion through her creative work, mentorship, leadership, and support of DE&I program initiatives. She is also an honoree of Houston’s 40 under 40 class. Valentina leads with creativity, passion, empathy, integrity, consciousness, and determination. Her mantra: “Don’t wait for opportunity; create it.”
